What is Chia?

Chia, “The Strength”, is a good source of omega-3, fibre & protein. Chia Seeds are packed with Omega 3 fatty acids, known to lower the risk of coronary heart disease and improve cholesterol. They have no flavour, but magnify the taste of what they’re added to. Add the whole seeds or ground them into smoothies and juices, mix into yogurt or oatmeal, or sprinkle on top of a salad to give yourself a super health boost!
