Ever wondered how to make a fresh, yummy and healthy breakfast packed with superfoods? Chef Surabhi got you covered! "When Hunter Foods' team asked me to come up with a recipe for their Hunter's Gourmet Organic Wheatgrass Powder, I was perplexed. We all know the innumerable benefits of wheatgrass. Those of us who consume it, usually mix it in a glass of warm water and gulp it down each morning. To come up with a dish both healthy and appetizing, I had to try a few different ingredients and recipes. For this dish, I have used Hunter's Gourmet Organic Chia Seeds, coconut milk, honey and Hunter's Gourmet Organic Wheatgrass Powder. Stirred and refrigerated overnight. The creamy coconut milk and honey mask the grass flavour and we quite enjoyed this power packed breakfast. ☘ I have topped this with Hunter's Gourmet Organic Roasted Cocoa Nibs and fresh fruits! INGREDIENTS: - Coconut milk 1 can - Chia Seeds 3 tbsp - Honey 2 tbsp - Wheatgrass powder 2 tsp - Cocoa nibs 1 tsp - Seasonal fruits RECIPE Stir wheatgrass powder and honey in the coconut milk. Add chia seeds and refrigerate. After few hours, stir this well, add more coconut milk if needed. Top with fruits, mint and cocoa nibs. Enjoy!" Chef Surabhi @SUPAINTSONPLATES
